hahahaha! theres noo wayy thats real!

Nice try. There are several keys to look for that this is a well done hoax. Nice compositing!

mike g. Resident motion graphics this efx?

looks a little too good to be true. but i hope it's real.

overwhelming youtube vote is fake. after effects

After watching it closely, the slow-mo did not help in making it look real. If you look at the slow-mo a few times. You can see that when he gets blasted, he slightly moves right then left really fast.

Yes this is efx. Or VFX, or CG, or compositing. Whatever you wanna call it. He changes direction to quickly, the excessive blur that makes his hands all but disappear when he gets hit, and if you pause it just right, you can see some papers actually are going through the left side of his body. And at the moment the projectile should be hitting him, he is actually off center of the barrel to the right slightly, so the projectile should have pushed him back to the right, or at least spun him around, but instead he goes straight back to the lockers. The physics don't line up.

But, its a very cool shot, nonetheless. That takes planning, many takes, and hours of work in post to make it look believable. Kudos!
