This version is the best I have seen. I've used an Evian bottle under my left armpit to create this sound effect. In this tutorial a pasta fusilli between your molars is all you need.

Really clever, I've seen this done before, but with a tic tac container.... which brings the problem of hiding it in your hand to crush it
